Sound Absorbing 60X60 Acoustic Ceiling with ASTM E84 Class A
Acousound polyester sound-absorbing panels are sound-absorbing panels that have been developed in consideration of environmental friendliness. The panel is made of 100% polyester fiber and 60% recycled fiber, and is 100% recyclable. Acousound panels have many environmental advantages and are a good alternative to traditional fabric-wrapped fiberglass panels.
The sound absorption level of Acousound polyester is comparable to that of fiberglass sound-absorbing panels. The core material is durable enough to be pierced with thumbtacks and used as a nail plate. Polyester fiber sound-absorbing panels are an excellent choice for high-traffic areas such as sports facilities, offices, schools, recording studios, restaurants, and multi-purpose rooms.
Acousound polyester sound-absorbing panels are delivered in the form of finished panels, which can be installed at any time and are easy to install. They can be easily cut on site to fit custom sizes or create your own designs.

All of sound absorbing panels have independent sound and flammability tests and most products offered are ASTM E84 tested Class A.
Certificates
We try our best to make sure that our customers are satisfied with our premium quality products. For safety, our polyester panels are rated at ASTM E84 CLASS A ( By SGS ) and EN 13501-1 CLASS B ( By TUV). We also pass the tested by Intertek for top acoustic performance effect.
Package & Transportation
For orders with small quantity, air shipment is recommended.
For bulk, FCL or LCL will be used for shipping.
Samples are sent by international express such as DHL, UPS FedEx and arrive pay account is required.
1. Payment Terms
-- Generally, Acousound accepts 50% wire transfer in advance & the balance paid before shipment, or LC at sight.
-- For long term cooperated partners, Acousound is delighted to provide with better payment terms.
2. MOQ
-- 100 sheets MOQ for general size & thickness acoustic panels, but if you want to customize other size, the MOQ is 300 sheets per color.
3. Lead Time
For standard panel size(1220*2440mm), the period for delivery is within 3 working days.
For customized products, it takes about 7-15 working days.
4. Samples
-- Samples are available and can be offered for free.
-- It usually charges 3 times for producing new samples and pay back after a formal order which meets MOQ.
5. Requirements on Products
-- Customers' requirements to get feasible changes on our ODM products are welcome.
